New Library Workplace Incivility Survey

Dr. Richard Moniz and Jo Henry have teamed with Dr. Becky Croxton (pictured left) once again to explore incivility in the library workplace. They recently launched a new survey and will be compiling data for publication this year. While comparing how incivility had changed over the past five years, the group will also look at the potential impact of COVID-19 on workplace issues.
