NY Web Presentation Scheduled
Coming this October, we have been contracted by the Long Island Library Resource Council for a presentation, "Cultivating Civility in the Library Workplace" for New York librarians. The presentation focuses on aspects of an individual, team, and leader perspective and presents some practical solutions for improving workplace dynamics which are highlights from our most recent book Cultivating Civility: Practical Ways to Improve a Dysfunctional Library.

Infopeople Ecourse Concludes
