New Incivility Survey
Now five years out, Jo Henry, Dr. Richard Moniz, and Dr. Becky Croxton are revisiting their their incivility study focused on the library workplace. Data collected will be compared to 2017 results and include some data on the potential impact of Covid-19 on the workplace environment.
